Length and width of human male genitalia refers to human penis size, and as compared to other primates, human genital is quite large in terms of length and thickness relative to the size of the body.
Penis

There is a covering on the head of the penis (glans), called foreskin (prepuce). This covering forms a double layer by folding in on itself. Foreskin is not redundant or useless skin, and it is not just a flap of skin at penis’s end. Length of the foreskin varies naturally, and for circumcised adult male, 3-5 inches of skin is missing due to penile reduction surgery.
Different parts of penis are outer foreskin layer, which is the continuation of the shaft skin, inner foreskin layer, which is the mucocutaneous tissue, the ridged band which joins the inner and outer foreskin layers, head of the penis which is shiny, smooth, moist and sensitive, and frenulum, which is the connecting membrane under the penis.
Functions Of
There are twelve known functions of foreskin of penis, and these are to cover and bond with synechia, protect the flans penis from abrasion and friction throughout life, protect the glans of infant from ammonia and feces in diapers, lubricate the glans, keep the glans soft and moisturized with emollient oils, coat glans with a protective waxy substance, serve as aid to penetration, provide aid to foreplay and masturbation, stimulate the erogenous zones of female partner and reduce chafing and friction during intercourse.
During fully retracted stage, the foreskin covers almost the entire penile shaft but it is still loose enough to glide. When foreskin is fully retracted, ridged bands are almost halfway down the shaft.
During foreplay and intercourse, sensations from frenulum band, glans and foreskin are the most important components of erogenous stimulation of penis. Each structure provides different feelings, and contributes to the overall experience of lovemaking to the man. Emotional excitement is as important as the physical stimulation to intensify man’s perception of physical sensation from penis.
Foreskin of the penis has inner and outer layer, and contains nerve endings that respond to the touch during foreplay. This leads to erection, and nerves contribute to total experience of penile stimulation till orgasm. These nerves or receptors get stimulated by stretching or when foreskin rolls over glans during masturbation or intercourse. Stimulation of ridged band provides intense pleasurable feelings during foreplay, and these sensations are the primary trigger for orgasm.
Loose skin of the penis slides up and down the shaft during intercourse, and this stimulates sensitive erogenous receptors of foreskin and glans. On the outstroke, glans gets totally or partially engulfed by the foreskin, and this is called the gliding mechanism. It contributes to the overall sexual pleasure.
